Als een lasnaad oververhit raakt of doorbrandt, kan elektrolyt lekken \u2013 wat leidt tot de volgende problemen: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2854\">Gezondheidsrisico&#8217;s voor productiepersoneel<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2857\" data-end=\"2916\">Verminderde celprestaties of volledige celuitval<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2919\" data-end=\"2962\">Verhoogd percentage nabewerking en afval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"3402\">Om dergelijke defecten vroeg te detecteren, wordt de batterijmodule of het batterijpack in een <strong data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3086\">luchtdichte testkamer<\/strong> (standaardvolume ca. 10 L) geplaatst en verbonden met de <strong data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3143\">RC01-E<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3154\" data-end=\"3157\">Het apparaat cre\u00ebert een vacu\u00fcm en analyseert de onttrokken lucht op sporen van elektrolytdampen \u2013 zo kunnen <strong data-start=\"3266\" data-end=\"3310\">lekkages snel en betrouwbaar worden gedetecteerd<\/strong> voordat het product de volgende productiestap bereikt of wordt uitgeleverd.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3404\" data-end=\"3499\">Grotere kamers of
